I sent a ping out to Qualico regarding any Precinct K updates last week and got this response. “Nothing to provide you on a future date for the next open house in Precinct K just yet. Landmark Planning will certainly let you know once we are ready.” Company half-tons belonging to two major utility installers were spotted on Creek Bend Road in April. On Monday a quad ATV was unloaded onto the gravel road before it roared off into the distance. Precinct K still seems to have a timeline, just not a very fast one.
Councillor Markus Chambers reported last week that he had met with Qualico and Landmark regarding Precinct K (and the Warde Avenue Bridge.)
