Progressive RE has made a slight alteration to their 1269 St. Anne’s Road web page. “Coming Soon” now means Spring 2028. The fact that there have been no new plans submitted to the Riel Community Committee, and no recent activity on the future mixed-use apartment site, made that website change long overdue. The CBRA will continue to monitor this development in 2026.
