Progressive RE has updated its webpage regarding the 180 Creek Bend Road apartment project. As well as correcting the street address they have announced a Spring 2028 move in-date. That date actually precedes the move-in date for their nearby 1269/1275 St. Anne’s Road project, Fall 2028.

The Companies Office website indicates that the numbered company owning 180 Creek Bend Road still has the same two principals. Progressive RE is not listed as the current property owner, although they were the previous owner.
To meet a Spring 2028 deadline Progressive RE will have to begin work at 180 CBR relatively soon. A quick check on the MERX website shows no new tenders for the required City infrastructure improvements (i.e. sewer, water). Like all Creek Bend properties 180 Creek Bend will drain its parking lot surface water directly into the adjacent Seine River. (How that is legal is a perennial mystery to outside observers like ENGO Save Our Seine.)
Sadly, the leafy tree-line separating the new riverside 180 Creek Bend property from the adjacent Creek Bend Hollow condominium property is still approved for destruction during construction. The Province refused to investigate the flawed civic decision that still allows this tree clearance to happen.
