Qualico’s new Bison Run community (Waverley West B) contains within it the historic large lot community on Lee Boulevard. Qualico will be creating 4 large R1-E lots, about 20,000 sf each. These lots will be almost double the size of Qualico’s “approximately 1/4 acre'” lots to be built on Smith Farm in Precinct K. By chance the City has photos of the old houses being moved offsite on huge steel beams. I made a rough map to superimpose the new lots onto the existing land. This is in many ways a preview of future Creek Bend Estates R1-E development.
