“The Creek Bend Residents Association (CBRA) was formed in 2021 to address the concerns of the residents in regards to the developers and the City of Winnipeg, and to be the liaison between these parties, along with our provincial and federal governments.”
Incorporated November 2025 as a non-profit, non-share corporation, it serves to gather and share information on matters of concern to the residents of the area, and to advocate on their behalf.
Homeowners who are members of a condomimium corporation can be represented through their condominium Board. The fee for such representation is $5 per ‘door’ per year.
If you are not yet represented on the CBRA Board by your condomium corporation, you may wish to approach your Board and request that they apply for such membership, to better keep your interests in front of the CBRA and, through the CBRA, in front of the developers, planners and policy makers of the City of Winnipeg.
